HODGEN.AIA focused four-day sprint to get your new Claude-built site live, secure, and ready for traffic — followed by a managed care plan that keeps it fast and lets you scale when you're ready.
You've already done the hard part — your team built a modernized version of the briancartercellars.com site in Claude Code. What's left is the operational work to take that build from local to live: hosting, domain, security hardening, performance, SEO foundations, and clean integration with OrderPort while you evaluate longer-term API access.
This proposal scopes that go-live as a fixed-fee sprint, then offers a simple monthly care plan so the site stays healthy without consuming Ben's bandwidth. Larger initiatives — paid marketing and full OrderPort API integration — are noted as separate phases to be scoped after launch.
One-time, fixed-fee. Live by Monday.
Everything required to take the Claude-built site from local to a fast, secure, indexable production site on your domain — and to hand your team a clean operating manual so they can run with it.
Because we're moving fast and we want you set up to win after launch, the Phase 1 fee includes four extras that most agencies bill separately:
Pick the level of involvement that fits how Ben wants to operate. Cancel any time after the first 90 days.
Quiet, reliable, hands-off. The site stays up and stays healthy.
Everything in Standard, plus a partner who's actively in your corner each month.
The site exists to drive wine sales. Once it's live and we have a baseline, we can layer in paid acquisition (Google Ads, Meta, retargeting), SEO content, and email/SMS lifecycle programs. Hodgen.AI runs full-funnel programs for several brands today — we'd treat Brian Carter Cellars the same way: clear monthly reporting, blended ROAS targets, and decisions logged in writing.
Scope and price depend on which channels we activate, ad budget you want managed, and how much content production is included. We'll quote this concretely after the launch sprint, when we have real data on traffic, conversion, and where the highest-leverage growth lever sits.
The Phase 1 launch treats OrderPort as the source of truth for inventory, pricing, and checkout — your new site links cleanly to OrderPort pages, so nothing is gated on API access. If Brian Carter Cellars grants Hodgen.AI API credentials and decides a deeper integration is worth pursuing, we'd scope it as a separate engagement.
Final number depends on scope: read-only product/inventory sync sits at the low end; full bidirectional sync, custom checkout, club/membership integration, and order data pipeline sit at the high end. We'd issue a fixed-fee SOW after a 1-week discovery once API access is granted.
